Returns & Refunds Policy
We know trying a new supplement is a big deal. While we can’t take back an opened product for safety reasons, if you’re genuinely unhappy with your experience, reach out to us at hello@livethumos.com and our team will do everything we can to support you.
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed Thumos products within 30 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.
- You must contact us for authorization before sending anything back.
This policy helps us protect product integrity and ensures all customers receive supplements that are safe, sealed, and fresh.
Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect items).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
We’ll make it right quickly.
Exchanges
Because our product is a consumable supplement, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may instead request a return (if unopened) and place a new order.
