Yes, 50 mg from green tea, which is roughly half a cup of coffee. It is paired with 200 mg of L-theanine, and that pairing is the reason it reads as steady rather than sharp.

Yes, just count the total. THUMOS adds 50 mg on top of whatever you already drink. Most people find they reach for less coffee after the first week, not more.

The L-theanine and caffeine pairing is something you feel the same morning. The ingredients doing the longer-term work, citicoline in particular, were studied over 8 to 12 weeks. Finish a full bag before you decide.
